B2B marketing growth manager

ROLE OBJECTIVE

We are looking for an ambitious soul to join us and help us grow. As a B2B marketing growth manager you will work with various teams (product, sales, marketing) and focus on B2B customer acquisition via various mechanisms – digital marketing, campaigns, events, etc. It is a challenging, rewarding and never boring role in #1 cybersecurity company NRD Cyber Security.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B acquisition: We expect you to design and run highly targeted acquisition marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Optimize performance: You will own the process of analysis and optimisation of campaign results, ensure continuous improvement and communicate that back to business.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders: Product, sales and marketing teams will help you create tools and provide information and resources required for great campaigns.
  • Manage outbound growth: Own the design and delivery of outbound marketing campaigns aimed at specific business segments.

We are looking for:

  • At least 3-5 years in B2B customer acquisition, growth or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnels, landing pages, and conversion mechanisms
  • Confidence working with analytics and CRM tools to track and interpret performance metrics.
  • Experience with digital marketing and SEO.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Main working language will be Lithuanian, but good command of written and spoken English (preferably C2) is also required.

Brownie points for:

  • Cybersecurity, IT industry or SaaS experience.
  • Website administration experience.
  • Experience in driving B2B customer acquisition in different European, Asian, African or American countries.
