Business Development Assistant (maternity cover)

ROLE OBJECTIVE

To ensure the company’s smooth and high-quality participation in sales processes and public procurement by assisting cyber security consultants in obtaining relevant information, effectively managing sales documentation, preparing proposals and contracts, and ensuring timely communication with existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities

Preparing proposals and related documents for private and public sector clients in Lithuania and abroad;
Assisting in preparing and coordinating contracts with clients and partners;
Ensuring smooth and high-quality communication with existing clients and partners in the sales process;
Being the company’s “eyes and ears” in public procurement tenders in Lithuania and abroad;
Contributing to initiatives aimed at improving the quality and processes of the company’s sales policy.

Requirements

Higher education in business management or other social sciences (may be a final-year student);
Experience in preparing proposals for clients, official letters, and other documents;
Responsibility, thoroughness, attention to details, and curiosity;
Ability to quickly orient oneself, organize work effectively, and adapt to changing situations;
Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian and English.

Desirable additional qualifications

Knowledge of public procurement law and processes in Lithuania and/or other countries.
