The Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) and Security Operation Centre (SOC) establishment and modernisation course is a training program specifically designed to help organisations to build an effective CSIRT or SOC. The course provides a detailed guidance on the CSIRT or SOC mandate and covers all the key elements required for its successful establishment and operations.
The trainer, Vilius Benetis, brings knowledge and expertise to the course, drawing upon real-world cases to share the lessons learned. The course covers all essential aspects of setting up a CSIRT/SOC. Practical tips and tasks are provided to help participants plan their day-to-day activities, identify the services to provide to constituents, set KPIs.
