Assessment of the level of cybersecurity governance, and the security of the critical national infrastructure in Serbia
Challenge
To conduct an assessment of Serbia’s cyber security ecosystem based on global best practices, identifying key gaps in the ecosystem in terms of cyber security governance, legal frameworks, critical infrastructure management, and to develop practical recommendations that meet the needs of the country.
Solution
NRD Cyber Security expert, Dr Tadas Jakštas, was seconded to provide expert assistance in the preparation of the report on the assessment of the level of cybersecurity governance, and the security of critical national infrastructure in Serbia. The expert assistance included the development of the assessment questionnaire, and participation in the assessment of the cyber security ecosystem during a visit to Sarajevo. Based on the information gathered during the visit, an analytical report describing the key needs of the country, recommendations and conclusions was prepared.
