This Notice is intended to inform you about the terms and conditions of processing of personal data on You as a candidate for job vacancies at NRD CS, UAB (the ‘Company’). The Company processes personal data on candidates taking part in recruitment processes that the candidates provide in their Curriculum Vitae (CVs) and accompanying documents (motivation letters, documents evidencing their education, qualifications and work experience etc.).

If You took part in a recruitment for a vacant job at the Company but no employment contract has been offered to You, we would like to retain, with Your consent, the documents submitted by You as a candidate including personal data contained therein so that we can approach You directly and offer to apply for a new job or a vacancy at the Company when we will be looking for an employee with relevant qualifications.

Subject to Your agreement, the Company will process Your personal data on your qualifications, capabilities and professional skills provided in Your CV and other documents as well as Your details that are required for contacting You.

Purpose of data processing (why do we need to process Your personal data?)

Storage of the candidate’s personal data in the candidate database managed by the Company. Your personal data (personal data on your qualifications, capabilities and professional skills provided in Your CV and other documents) will be processed so that we can approach You directly and offer to apply for a new job or vacancy in the Company in the future.

Legal basis for the data processing (on what ground do we process your personal data?)

Your consent.

Data categories (what personal data on You will be processed?)

Main information on You as a candidate:

  • first name and surname;
  • contact details (telephone No, email address, address for postal correspondence);
  • information on educational attainment (educational establishment/s, study period/s, degree/s and/or qualification/s attained;
  • information on work experience (employer/s, work period/s, position/s, responsibilities etc.);
  • information on skills improvement (training completed, certificates obtained, valid licences obtained);
  • information on language proficiency, IT skills and other competencies;
  • other information related to qualifications, capabilities and professional skills (including education and professional qualifications) provided in the CV, motivational letter or other documents submitted by the candidate.

Data processing period (for how long Your personal data will be stored by us?)

We will store Your personal data for the period of recruitment for the job/jobs that You apply for but for no longer than for 6 (six) months after the end of this period, and no additional consent is required for such storage.

If You have given Your consent to the storage of Your personal data in the Company’s candidate database for future recruitments, such data will be stored for 2 (two) years after the date of the consent. On expiry of the said period, we may ask You to renew Your consent for further processing. In the case if You do not renew Your consent, all Your personal data will be destroyed on expiry of the said period.

Storage of Your personal data for a period longer than that specified in this Notice is possible provided that:

  • your personal data are necessary for a proper resolution of a dispute/complaint – until the dispute/complaint is settled;
  • there are reasonable suspicions of an unlawful activity and an investigation is underway – until the end of the investigation;
  • other grounds provided for in legal acts exist.

Data sources (sources from which we obtain and/or collect Your personal data)

The Company processes only the data that You have provided to us personally upon responding to our job advert and/or by submitting Your CV and related documents.

We can also obtain information on You as the candidate, Your CV and other related documents from entities providing job search, recruitment and/or intermediation services (such as the Employment Service of the Republic of Lithuania, employment agencies, job search websites, professional/career networks (such as LinkedIn).

Automated decision-making

Your personal data will not be subjected to automated decision-making including profiling with respect to you.

Rights of data subjects (what are Your Rights?)

You as the data subject have the following rights:

  • know (be informed) about the processing of Your personal data;
  • have access to Your personal data processed by the Company and know how the Company processes them;
  • request to rectify any incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate personal data on You;
  • request to restrict processing of Your personal data or to delete them;
  • receive Your personal data that You have provided to the Company and which are processed by automated means and the processing of which is consent-based, in a usual computer-readable format, and to transfer them to another data controller (right to data portability);
  • object to the processing of Your personal data and to withdraw Your consent at any time by giving a notice to the Company – You are free to object, at any time, to the inclusion and further processing of Your personal data in the Company‘s candidate database; You can also withdraw Your consent at any time and request the Company to destroy Your personal data – You can exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying the Company either by email, or by sending Your notice of withdrawal by post, or by visiting the Company‘s offices at the address Gynėjų g. 14, Vilnius; any such withdrawal of consent and/or objection to the inclusion in the Company‘s candidate database will not be an obstacle to Your participation in a recruitment organised by the Company in the future. However, withdrawal of Your consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing of Your personal data prior to the withdrawal;
  • file a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate if the Company‘s actions or omissions violate Your rights or the law.
