Office manager

Role Objective

To ensure a tidy, well-functioning, and comfortable working environment by taking care of the office and its needs, managing documents and general company inquiries, and assisting other departments in organising, coordinating, or performing assigned administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Organising and managing office maintenance activities: communicating with suppliers, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office;
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of office-related projects: improvement, renovation, and replacement of office premises or inventory;
  • Management of general company documents and supervision of the document management process: supervision of document registers, registration of documents, sending letters, processing of received letters, including the preparation and management of templates;
  • Assisting in planning and implementing activities related to clients and/or employees: various initiatives, events (seasonal events, conferences, other meetings or visits), ordering gifts, processing, coordinating delivery;
  • Handling general inquiries by email and phone;
  • Project administration according to the established process;
  • Administration of general service purchase invoices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
  • Independence, ability and willingness to solve problems and help others;
  • Attention to details, care for the environment and colleagues;
  • Excellent MS Office skills: ability to create and prepare neat documents, systematise information;
  • Ability to organise your work effectively, seek continuous improvement;
  • Similar work experience.
