Project Coordinator

Role objectives

The project coordinator is in charge of managing projects co-funded by the European Union, ensures effective project realisation by aiding the CyberSOC Director and other project members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects co-funded by the European Union;
  • Ensure work required by projects is carried out in time;
  • Track and help achieve project KPIs;
  • Act as the coordinating contact between project beneficiaries and the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre and/or the European Commission;
  • Ensure constant, accurate, and quality project documentation;
  • Facilitate and support the creation of a cyber threat intelligence sharing community (organizing events, project communication and other dissemination);
  • Maintain adequate contact with project partners, ensuring they carry out necessary work;
  • Prepare monthly reports regarding project communication, dissemination;
  • Prepare quarterly reports regarding project progress (Cyber Threat Intelligence maturity growth);
  • Manage, prepare, and deliver other project deliverables;
  • Lead regular steering committee meetings;
  • Ensure smooth and clear communication between project partners;
  • Organize partner visits, travel related to projects;
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, organize workshops, analyse and present data in a structured way;
  • Carry out other tasks delegated by the CyberSOC Director or Product Technical Manager.

Requirements

  • University degree in information technology science;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in project administration;
  • Be able to analyse and understand laws and other relevant documents (funding calls, grant agreements) governing projects funded by the European Union
  • Experience coordinating and managing projects co-funded by the European Union;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Friendly and helpful personality with excellent communication skills;
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred additional qualifications

  • Experience related with cybersecurity and/or information security;
  • Certificates in project management (PMBOK/PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum);
  • Certificates in IT service management (ITIL);
  • Experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence or other related fields.
