Sales project manager

Role objective  

To drive the company’s business growth in the Lithuanian market, focusing on both B2G and B2B segments. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Proactively searching for new customers and business opportunities;
  • Day-to-day sales activities: running sales calls, initiating and closing deals, preparing sales presentations and commercial proposals, and negotiating contract terms;
  • Cooperating with other departments to achieve positive business outcomes;
  • Manage the entire sales process in Lithuania — from lead generation to successful deal closure.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling IT solutions or products, with solid experience working with B2B/B2G customers in Lithuania;
  • Experience in cold calling, LinkedIn lead generation and other remote lead generation techniques;
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior level decision-makers;
  • Strong representation skills, acting as a positive ambassador of the company and its brand in the market;
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
