Ensure management of complex cybersecurity projects.
Responsibilities
Manage a dynamic range of cybersecurity projects (CSIRT establishment and modernisation, capacity building, technology implementation and cybersecurity audit);
Ensure detailed project documentation, resource and risk management;
Manage communication, ensure timely and clear updates, stakeholder alignment, and buy-in;
Engage with multiple stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, third parties, and other experts, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration;
Adhere project management best practices and methodologies;
Requirements
5+ years of experience in international project management (ex. complex IT projects, digital transformation, etc.);
Basic knowledge of IT and cybersecurity technologies and standards;
Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills;
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
Strong ownership, results orientation, persistence, patience, and positive attitude;
Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of managing complex project schedules, resources, and documentation;
Possibility to travel for 1–2-week projects implementation missions abroad;
Preferred additional qualifications
Project Management Certificate (e.g., PRINCE 2, PMI, etc.);
Understanding security standards (ISO 27001);
