Service delivery manager

The Service Delivery Manager role combines two responsibility areas:
1. Managing the delivery of CyberSOC services to customers throughout the entire service life cycle, from implementation to project closure, ensuring qualitative and financial service delivery goals are met.
2. Advise customers on cybersecurity issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the quality of service delivery to customers;
  • Ensure adequate resource allocation;
  • Advise customers on cybersecurity matters during the service delivery period;
  • Help customers identify the most critical vulnerabilities;
  • Prepare monthly reports for customers about service delivery;
  • Be responsible for service review meetings with customers;
  • Ensure smooth communication between the customer and the service delivery team;
  • Manage any alterations to the service provided that are required due to customer needs or infrastructure changes;
  • Continuously manage threats and anomaly detection scenarios to ensure the highest quality of service;
  • Manage service deployments and other projects for the CyberSOC services, including project definition, organisation, scheduling, budgeting, closing and managing project data;
  • Communicate with clients about project details, expectations and status, and manage client feedback;
  • Actively participate in the development process of the CyberSOC services.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Technology Science;
  • Experience in project management;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in IT services delivery management;
  • Experience in cybersecurity and/or information security;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills;
  • A friendly and helpful personality with excellent communication skills;
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).

Preferred additional qualifications:

  • Certificates in project management (PMBOK/PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum);
  • Certificates in IT service management (ITIL);
  • Good knowledge of cybersecurity product and services would be huge plus.
