Role Objective
To ensure smooth, high-quality, continuous, and efficient delivery of cybersecurity services by coordinating projects from the planning stage through to final delivery to the client. This role involves fostering long-term partnerships with clients, organizing the day-to-day operations of our expert team, and maintaining high service quality standards in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate a high-volume pipeline of projects, ensuring processes align with internal methodologies and meet established deadlines.
- Efficiently plan the capacity and utilization of information and cybersecurity experts, set priorities, and drive team productivity.
- Review and prepare project documentation, ensuring proper structure and compliance with both company and client quality standards.
- Maintain professional partnerships with clients, manage expectations, resolve complex situations, and periodically present delivered results.
- Track project progress within internal systems, ensure data traceability, and analyze the efficiency of resource utilization.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing IT projects or IT / cybersecurity service delivery.
- Structured mindset with the ability to independently prioritize tasks and manage large volumes of information.
- Strong diligence and high attention to detail when working with documentation.
- Excellent proficiency in both Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard and the fundamentals of cybersecurity legal regulations (e.g., NIS2).

- Salary: €4,000 – €6,000 gross per month, depending on your experience and competencies.
